Hope is not Canceled

Our hope is not canceled. The hope of the families, who are continuing to battle pediatric cancer during this unprecedented time is not canceled. Even though Runway to Hope had to cancel our 2020 Spring Soiree, we are not giving up on the fight against Pediatric Cancer in our community. Pediatric Cancer continues to be one of the top three leading causes of death for children in the United States. Did you know that only 4% of our government's funding through the National Cancer Institute supports Pediatric Cancer research? We still have a lot of work to accomplish if we are going to make sure that every child survives their childhood cancer. September is the official awareness month for this relentless disease, but our kiddos fight this every month, 365 days every year. So please, help us spread the word. Educate your friends, families, and coworkers. Become a monthly donor to help provide financial assistance to our Central Florida Families, who are battling. Fundraise to help us continue funding to our local Central Florida Hospitals to fund research and innovative treatment programs that will improve treatment methods. Run in our Virtual 5k in honor of a child, who has pediatric cancer. Bid in our Virtual Auction to promote local businesses and raise money for our mission. Share our social media with your family and friends! All of these are ways that YOU can make a difference and help Runway to Hope and our incredible and inspiring families. We can come together, and together is how we will make a difference in this world because Hope will never be Canceled.
