Laura Lockner

Executive Director

Background

Having been raised in Orlando, Laura has over ten years of experience in the non-profit management space. Laura received her Certificate in Leadership Practice from the Crummer Graduate School of Business through the Edyth Bush Institute and she graduated from the 103rd Leadership Orlando class in May of 2023. Laura strives to take Runway to Hope to new heights with the ultimate goal of filling the gap for our Central Florida families battling pediatric cancer every day.

Jenny Totcky

Director of Operations

Background

Jenny has been growing with Runway to Hope for the last seven years. Starting as an Event Assistant, she wore many hats until accepting the role of Director of Operations for the charity in 2019. Jenny has implemented process review, website development, marketing management, as well as taking part in the 2023-2025 Strategic Planning process. Jenny feels humbled to be a small part of the lives of Runway to Hope's families.

Sarah Simone

Administrative & Program Coordinator

Background

Sarah is extremely honored to be able to work for such a humbling cause and alongside amazing leadership. Her education in Stage Management has allowed her to be extremely versatile in assisting and heading many departments including Auction Coordination and Management, Event Management, and Administrative and Programmatic needs. Sarah hopes to be able to further grow with and within Runway to Hope and to continue to help change the lives of our children and families battling pediatric cancer.

Baily Palmer

Strategy & Advocacy Manager

Background

Runway to Hope first met Baily as she led the National Honor Society at Osceola School for the Arts to volunteer with Runway to Hope’s grocery delivery program. This was the start of Baily’s dedication to Runway to Hope as she saw first-hand the levels of poverty that our children and family battling pediatric cancer experience in our local communities. Baily then started working part time for the organization’s 2022 Annual Spring Soiree and has stayed on since as an Event Manager for several major events each year.
