All Volunteers will be required to wear a mask at all times with our immunocompromised children. Our team would also recommend that a Negative Test Result is received before attending.

As we continue to monitor the impact of Covid-19 on our community, health and safety guidelines may be updated pursuant to changes in CDC recommendations and other best practices. Any procedures or requirements in place are for the well-being of all guests, and will be subject to change through event day. This includes protocols such as face coverings, social distancing and other appropriate measures. Keeping the health and safety of our guests at the forefront of everything we do, we will be following guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) as well as local officials and experts from AdventHealth. The health and safety of guests, talent and staff is our top priority. Providing a safe environment for everyone is our goal. Guests are requested to wear face coverings and practice social distancing and healthy habits while attending. Thanks for being a team player. Please follow the guidelines below:
All Guests, regardless of vaccination status are requested to wear face coverings while attending the event. Face coverings should fully cover the nose and mouth.
PRACTICE HEALTHY HABITS
Hand sanitizer will be made available at the check in tables and throughout the auction and dining areas.
Guests are encouraged to thoroughly wash hands with soap and water during their visit and socially distance.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the CDC, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. Any interaction in any public place poses an elevated risk of being exposed to COVID-19. We cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed during your visit. By entering the event, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
